"As with anything I haven't touched, felt, etc. prior to purchasing, I was prepared for a glitch somewhere. Everything was flawless, from the dimensions to the quality to the ease of installation. They even included things I didn't think of, such as side pieces for any outside mounts I ordered! I am picky, but Just Blinds fulfilled, at the very least, all my expectations. I will order again, and again, and again!"

"The thing I liked best about justblinds.com was the free samples. They helped my wife and I decide exactly what blinds to buy. The thing I liked least about justblinds.com is that the blinds arrived without installation hardware or instructions. Justblinds.com promptly sent me the hardware, but when it arrived, I still did not have enough to install the blinds without a trip to the hardware store. (The hardware would have been sufficient for narrow, long blinds, but mine were wide and short.) I was glad the website had videos on how to install the blinds because I never received any written instructions."
