"Purchased BUTD pleated blinds for two bathroom windows. Installation was easy and they look great. I wasn't thrilled with plastic mounting brackets (time will tell) & the bottom up cord is a little sticky coming down. Overall we are very pleased and will certainly recommend JB to our friends."

"I'm happy with the pleated shade I purchased: 104" wide. It came with parts that I didn't have a clue with what they were for. The instructions could have been easier and a list of parts helpful! The one-handed control should be smoother...it's a little rough, and I wish the product review had indicated that the shade part was in 3 sections, though sewn together to make one wide shade. All in all, I'm pleased and will probably order again."

"I will admit that I was very skeptical at first about ordering custom-order blinds online but it was so easy and they fit perfectly! What a great price too! I will NEVER buy window treatments from anywhere else!"
