Great Product for Price..BUT August 12, 2010
"The blinds were great quality for the price.....but instead of a tilter cord to adjust blinds there should be an option to have a tilter wand because the cord tangles......customer service handled any inquires promptly....."overall a good experience and product"

Good blinds for a pretty good price July 13, 2010
"No instructions included in the box, but good blinds for a pretty good price. I would have liked better instructions on the depth of installation within the window frame, but they aren't too hard to install."

Outstanding product! July 1, 2010
"I recently purchased 2 of the 2 1/2 Faux Wood Blinds in the Natural color. I love the look of them, the weight is not heavy at all. I installed them in a very short period of time. I received my order approximately 8 days from the day I placed it. These blinds are an great product at a very reasonable price. No more ordering from Smith and Noble for me. Mostly good experience May 27, 2010
"Positives: The blinds look beautiful. I had never installed blinds, and I was able to install them myself after someone showed me how to use a drill. Service was fast. They did not send enough valence clips, and sent additional ones free after I called them.

Negatives: No instructions came with the blinds. I knew to go to the website and find the installation instructions and videos, but it would be a good idea to include a hard copy of instructions in the box. The printable instructions online are very difficult to read, so they really need to develop good instructions and send them. I ended up going to someone else's website to make sure I was doing it correctly.

I had also ordered vertical blinds for my slider, and the valence was crushed. They sent another free and it arrived within a week.

I would definitely recommend them."
